Quality Control

After you place the order, we will send the confirmed drawings to the workshop, 
and the workshop will arrange the order according to the drawings:

  • The first step
     
    The CNC saw machine will cut the corresponding size of raw materials, materials can provide material quality instructions for you to test.
  • The second step
     
    All of our blade holes are machined by CNC machining centers to ensure the precision of the blades.
  • The third step
     
    Vacuum quenching heat treatment, multiple tempering heat preservation, to ensure uniform blade hardness, increase blade wear resistance, extend service life, after quenching test blade hardness, to ensure hardness.
  • The fourth step
     
    The quality inspection uses calipers, micrometers, Angle ruler for testing, and finally uses the flaw detector to confirm, the quality of the blade. The warehouse is packed and shipped, and the test report is provided.
