Installation focus

1. Prepare for security

Cut off the power supply and relieve the pressure to ensure that the device is shut down.

Wear protective gloves to avoid blade scratches.


2. Cleaning and inspection

Remove oil and debris from the blade installation area.

Check the new blade for wear, cracks or chipped edges, and make sure the old blade is reusable.

Check that the tool holder and fixing bolts are intact and free from deformation or corrosion.


3. Install the blade

Upper and lower blade alignment: Ensure that the cutting edges of the upper blade (movable blade) are aligned with those of the lower blade (fixed blade) to prevent uneven cutting or blade damage.
